Because of the slight inconvenience of being on the first floor these units are a little cheaper to give reasonable savings on long lets. Forklift assistance is usually available on request to lift those heavy objects onto the first floor. All units are nominally 8` high x 8`wide all dimensions are approximate. As illustrated in the above table, long-term leases paid in advance attract discounts of approx. 10% on 3-month leases and 15% on 6-month leases. There are no hidden charges other than £30 clear-site deposit, which is fully refundable when leaving a clear and clean storage room. There is no minimum hire period and licence rates are paid for monthly in advance (not 4 weekly) however, providing that we get 24hours notice of you moving out, any unused and paid-for storage time will be refunded on a daily basis.
